WOMEN’S global event

Dear Austria,
On behalf of the PDGA and the PDGA Women’s Committee, we invite you to participate in the 2018 PDGA Women’s Global Event on May 12, 2018. This will be the fourth year of this worldly event, and we would love to have Austria represented in it. In 2016, events were hosted in 10 countries around the world including United States, Canada, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Australia, Estonia, United Kingdom, Germany, and Japan. With your help, we are aiming to double that number and hope to see this event hosted throughout 20 different countries in 2018.

How It Works
On May 12th, women from all around the world will play two rounds of disc golf at their local participating Women’s Global Event. Scores from the first two rounds of each participating tournament will be submitted by the individual tournament directors and rated by the PDGA. These round ratings will be totaled and averaged to determine the player’s “Global Score.” The Global Scores will be updated throughout the day to determine our Women’s Global Event Champions and the winner in each division will receive a memorable trophy.
